The Dubois Linear Brush Sanding Machine is designed for sanding and denibbing mouldings and linear profiles. It typically includes two top brushes and a set of opposing side brushes. It can also include an integrated control panel with PLC and HMI and brush positions are shown with digital indicators, for a stand alone machine. Each brush includes a dust collection hood, the top brushes can be angled or moved to maximize brush wear. The control panel includes variable speed drives for all brushes as well as the conveyor. The machine includes urethane-covered conveyor rollers and spring-loaded hold-down rollers. Designed to be seamlessly integrated with the SR-12 Linear Spray Machine, solidly constructed for long-term reliability.
