The Dubois Distresser is configurable with a combination of distressing, denibbing, and cleaning brush stations. Wire distressing brush bristles can be produced in a wide variety of patterns and trim lengths to produce a vastly different distress pattern. These distressing machines have the ability to remove soft wood (summer growth) from the surface of the product to provide an aged look and added grain texture.
